An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Marketing Team. As the Digital Marketing Assistant Specialist, you will be leading projects from day one with strong support and coaching from senior members of the team. We have strong ambitions for our brand and therefore we want to recruit the best! Together we will create new and exciting products and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 1 year of brand or agency digital content management experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong presentational and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality
- Good and interpersonal relationship skills
- The ability to successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellence at MS office tools is a must, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Goolge, Youtube etc.
- Excellence at using Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts and good at creating contents
- Use of platforms such as Twitch, Discord, Gaming interest
- Team player, flexible and result oriented
- Be open to new types of expertise & be flexible

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing short and long-term projects for foreign markets within the scope of Digital Communication strategy and making new suggestions.
- Execution of the preparation process of the social media plan within the scope of the presentation
- Active communication for DİMES Club and OBSESSO social media accounts, communicating with followers, creating contents
- Following domestic and international trends for social media accounts.
- Taking role during the film and project periods of DİMES Club and OBSESSO
- Preparing presentations and reports of projects in regular periods
- Preparing the content-images-videos to be published in the social media accounts
- Following internet usage trends and channels within the scope of Overseas Sales strategies,
- Producing content and following influencer discovery studies.
- Controlling incoming invoices, budget processing and payment tracking.
- Finding and contacting, costume approvals, product selection, visual and sharing text etc. within the scope of influencer marketing process.
