BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or relevant fields.
3+ years of experience running Performance Marketing Campaigns.
Hands-on experience with diverse advertising platforms and tools. (Google Ads, Facebook Business, Yandex, Criteo, etc…)
Outstanding analytical skills and a desire to use data to drive and measure results.(Google Analytic, Google Search Console, Sugar CRM, HubSpot)
Hands-on experience Facebook Lead Generation Campaigns management and optimizations.
Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
Hunger for knowledge including new technologies and skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Description;
Manage, optimize and report Performance Marketing Campaigns for user acquisition and mobile engagement using Google, Facebook, and other ad networks on daily basis
Provide detailed analysis of multi-channel community user growth performance, optimization strategies, A/B testing
Test new acquisition channels to drive growth for different products and services
Analyze user data sets to understand user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics
Collaborate with performance marketing agency on day to day to develop new strategies as trends change.
