QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ATA Freight is an U.S. based global logistics provider with its own offices in USA, INDIA,TURKEY, CHINA, MEXICO and RUSSIA. We are a certified NVOCC, one of the first members of C-TPAT, as well as IATA and FIATA members.

We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist (TURKEY) who will be responsible for the following:

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business or marketing with at least 3 years successful online marketing experience in logistics space.
  • Proficient in Oracle CRM and Eloqua marketing automation and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Proficient using analytics and multi-touch attribution tools (eg. Google Analytics, Bizible).
  • Experience with A/B testing & personalization (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize).
  • Experience in email marketing, lead nurturing and SEO optimization.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English(this role will report directly to a native speaker manager in the US Office.)

Job Description:

Responsible for developing, expanding, and optimizing our existing marketing efforts in Turkey and integrating with Global marketing initiatives. Build and manage multi-touch, integrated marketing programs that utilize a mix of inbound, outbound, channel, and ABX (Account-Based-Experience) tactics that help ATA Freight Turkey attain pipeline and revenue targets. Ensure marketing efforts align to sales priorities, adjusting our online experience as required by changing market conditions, customer insights, and/or emerging opportunities and new technologies in logistics and supply chain.

  • Work with internal and external resources to develop creative assets (ads, landing pages, emails, collateral, promotional materials, events/trade shows signage) and ensure consistent branding in Turkey.
  • In collaboration with public relations agency, establish and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and key influencers in Turkey and monitor media coverage.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends and competition, assist in target customer segmentation and propose actions to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the local sales team and global marketing team to plan, build, manage, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns, paid media & ABX programs that drive pipeline and revenue for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
  • In collaboration with internal and external resources, continuously review website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion with strong content.
  • Run experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives to drive key business metrics including MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities.
  • Prioritize growth channels and understand how to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & sales team on the “post-click” customer experience which includes landing page optimization and lead nurturing.
  • Monitor all social media platforms for engagement from Turkey, and drive Turkey specific content creation for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies in continuous SEO optimization.
