QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Material & Cost Controller Engineer to be located in Uşak for Canadian based Gold Mining Company which is leader of sector.
Responsibilities:
- Report of materials and cost, which are purchased, rebuilt, and refurbished
- Development of a system of controlling detailed material cost at each stage
- Ensure the availability of stocks
- Coordination between warehouse in material purchasing, receiving, testing, approving, storage and accounting
- Collaborate with various OEM contractors to manage efficient process of all materials and parts
- Prepare reports for all materials and components which are at the out-resource refurbishment process
- Maintain all information for status of materials on weekly & monthly basis
- Prepare required documents and maintain all files for material delivery to the site and prepare efficient work schedule on the material management respective
- Ensure materials arrive at the warehouse accordingly, correct quantity and required quality
- Contribute to cost saving and continuous improvement initiatives by recommending more favorable suppliers/ terms/ delivery/ currency etc. where appropriate
- Data entering / recording for the new stock items
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other qualified disciplines
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Analytical thinking & effective planning skills
- Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
- A highly motivated team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments
- Health and Safety awareness in maintenance and warehouse environment.
- SAP knowledge preferred
