QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller Specialist to be located in Uşak for Canadian based Gold Mining Company which is leader of sector.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variancesCoordinate the preparation of regulatory reportingResearch technical accounting issues for complianceSupport month-end and year-end close processEnsure quality control over financial transactions and financial reportingManage and comply with state reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsGood understanding of IFRS reporting, strong experience in cost and financial controllingAssist in compliance audits and monitoring internal control
Requirements and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or other qualified disciplinesExtensive knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent knowledge of Excel5+ years work experience in industrial environment preferably with an audit backgroundAnalytical thinking & effective planning skillsExcellent command of English in both speaking and writingA highly motivated team worker, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignmentsCPA or CMA preferredThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close processExcellent accounting software user and administration skills (SAP)
