QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate candidate with the right attitude for the following position with 1 year contract at our Torbali Factory:
The incumbent will be reporting to Material Planning Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Industrial Engineering,
- Similar work experience preferably in a manufacturing area in FMCG,
- Advanced level of English knowledge,
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
- SAP knowledge is an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be mainly responsible for;
- Running Material Requirement Plan effectively for all materials according to production plans.
- Creating Purchase Requisitions in accordance with the requirements calculated after Material Requirement Plan.
- Following up and reviewing open purchase orders weekly and determining needs of expedite or delay against updated Material Requirement Plan.
- Working in close contact with related departments to ensure a smooth transition during launch, relaunch and material/code changes in terms of material planning.
- Maintaining material planning related master data.
- Supporting/owning preparation of reports mainly related with inventory levels, slow moving and write off materials.
- Scheduling customs clearance priorities for imported materials to ensure material availability and provide leveled load for the Import group.
- Preparing materials requirement forecasts for Purchasing group (to be sent to suppliers) periodically.
- Preparing short and long term cash flow requirements and inventory level projections for Budget&Planning Departments together with Material Planning Manager.
