QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As a part of a Multinational Company, we are seeking for a 'Material Planning Specialist' to join the team of our company.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Preferably Industrial Engineering Departmant),
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning preferably in Automotive sector
- Having knowledge and experience of lean management tools (VSM/VSD, Kanban methods) and problem-solving methodology
- Having knowledge and experience of ABC stock analyses inbound/outbound activities
- Fluent in English
- Good command of MS Office Programs particularly Excel Program and SAP WM/MM/SD modules
- Highly organized, team player, pro-active and result oriented
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing the purchase order process by sourcing approved goods/services from nominated vendors
- Managing inventory of specific raw materials and determines appropriate replenishment schedules
- Leading packaging standardization projects based on customer special requirements
- Identifing supply chain continuous improvement opportunities
- Communicating and cultivating relationships with suppliers
- Executing the related documents (packaging instructions on SAP and QDMS Portal) and standards
- Managing and coordinating required actions and documents on customer portals
