QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the leading companies FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a “Mechanical Maintenance Engineer”.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering,
- 1-4 years of experience preferably in production companies,
- Preferably having knowledge about lean manufacturing such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem solving methods,
- Preferably having knowledge about hydraulic,pneumatic
- Effectively using MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP is preferred,
- Fluency in English both written and spoken,
- Analytical, result oriented, team player and good communication skills,
- Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli,
- No restriction to travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- To prepare periodic, planned and predictive maintenance plans, to organize the team for the implementation of the plan,
- To carry out and implement studies that will reduce accidental maintenance and stoppages, and increase equipment efficiency,
- Analyzing the failures and starting preventive action by taking action, preparing reports for failure analysis,
- To make the studies for spare parts of the machines, to procure technical drawing studies for the manufacturing parts.
