QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications;
· University degree from Mechanical Engineering,
· At least 6 years experience in Power Plants and/or Industrial Facilities Processes,
· Knowledge of energy equipments, especially gas turbine, steam turbine, HRSG, compressor,
· Knowledge of relevant international specifications,
· Effective English communication skills,
· Knowledge of necessary professional computer programs,
· No restriction to domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities;
· Preparation, lead and follow-up of Power Block (Centerline/Power Island) and Balance of Plant (BOP) procurement packages and technical specifications,
· Preparation of Heat and Mass Balance Diagram, P&ID and flow diagram and doing basic design for power plant by using Thermoflow, GTPRO and SteamPro
· Management and follow-up of the design of projects by the engineering firm in accordance with the relevant standards, specifications, directives and general engineering acceptances,
· Negotiations with equipment vendors for technical follow-up for
· Technical evaluation of technical proposals,
· Preparation of technical documents of quality and feasibility in accordance with the Employer's Specifications for both the proposal and execution stage,
· Preparation of mechanical BOQs,
· Controlling the application projects (construction drawings), specifications, BOQ and account documents to be prepared by the engineering firm in terms of contracts, standards, feasibility and optimization and following the revisions,
· In matters for which it is responsible; employer, supplier, engineering firm, site coordination and correspondence,
· Visiting site/supplier when necessary.
