Qualifications :
| At least 10 years experience in HSE in Industrial Plants, Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical, Experienced in leading and managing HSE Teams Comprehensive working knowledge of Health and Safety Systems, Quality Management Systems and international codes and standards (ISO, OHSAS, OSHA, etc.) Ability to read, understand and apply local laws, legislations and Employer specifications Fluent in english both speaking and writing Strong communication, directing and managing abilities Responsibilities: |
| Establishing HSE goals for the field and tailoring activity-based goals for leadership team, functional managers and front-line supervisors to guide HSE culture Work closely with and lead management and employees of all levels, helping them achieve their HSE goals Determining appropriate leading and lagging indicators to monitor performance against targets and targets Conducting Risk Assessments, Environmental Dimension assessment to identify critical HSE hazards and aspects Support efforts to ensure that all core HSE operational controls are in place Follow Employer HSE specifications and legal laws and legislations, take actions according to requirements Organizing and providing HSE trainings within the scope of technical studies in the field Attend weekly meetings with the employer, to make reports Creating and tracking HSE KPIs (LTIFR, TRIFR etc) |
