Education
- Degree in engineering & technical disciplines, preferably mechatronics, electronic or software engineer

- Strong oral and written skills in English is required
- Strong analytical skills as well ability to summarize thus results on a presentation is required
- Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity & ongoing change is required
- Professional experience in product development and/or quality engineering in product creation
What we would also appreciate
- Knowledge on quality methods and tools (e.g. Design-FMEA, failure management) is an asset
- Knowledge on ISO 26262 and/or automotive SPICE is an asset
- Ensure, providing and application of methods in mechatronics areas of responsibility as well in eMobility projects according to quality engineering standard plan
- Taking responsibility for preventive failure management in the product creation phase of the new projects and derivation of actions in collaboration with engineering / testing and CAE
- Coordination of risk assessment process (conducting selection analysis for Design-FMEAs, moderating System-FMEAs and Design-FMEAs, optimization / action tracking and validation of results and Design-FMEAs)
- Identification of safety relevant components and ensuring documentation
- Operational methods responsibility of quality engineering with focus on product creation in consideration of field quality and product liability
- Reporting of maturity level monitoring for project and quality engineering
