GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a new teammate in the field of Communication, Media and Market Research Procurement.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from 4-year undergraduate departments of universities,
• Experienced minimum 2 years in procurement processes,
• Experienced in communication, media and market research preferably,
• Have an advanced knowledge of English,
• Progressed analytical thinking,
• Have a strong planning and organizational skills,
• Inclined to team work, successful in human relations and communication,
• Experienced in analysis and reporting,
• Advanced in Ms Office Programs,
• Have a commercial point of view and has high negotiation skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensuring the timely provision of the services requested in the field of communication, media and market research, taking into account the quality, price and delivery standards,
• Execution of the process of getting offers, pricing and evaluation of the received offers with the suppliers,
• Effective execution of contract processes with suppliers,
• To carry out supplier relations, to ensure that supplier researches are carried out regularly for existing and new purchases,
• Developing alternative services or suppliers by conducting market research,
• Making the necessary planning and organization related to the purchasing processes,
• Contributing to procurement projects related to services under its responsibility,
• To create periodic reports of communication, media and market research purchasing unit.
• To be accountable for Turkey and other countries purchasing operations regarding Communication, Media and Market Research category.
