QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide general support and assist in administrative tasks mainly on the following PSP topics for Turkey and cluster countries:

  1. Reporting: Follow-up regular reports sent by third party and prepare internal reports accordingly.
  2. Contract management
  3. Preparation, approval and distribution of PSP materials
  4. Follow-up of receipts and costs
  5. Organization of the meetings and preparation of meeting minutes
  6. Archiving
  7. Update Mont Blanc on a quarterly basis
  8. Coordinate and respond PSP related inquiries
  9. Provide general support and assist medical affairs team in administrative tasks mainly on the following topics:

Advisory Boards:

  1. Contracts
  2. Logistical details
  3. Disclosure consents
  4. EYS submissions

Literature requests:

  1. IRMS records
  2. Support medical colleagues on the delivery of literatures
  3. Monthly analysis of IRMS reports

WHO YOU ARE


  • University Degree
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to search internal and external databases
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and work on multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to details
