QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide general support and assist in administrative tasks mainly on the following PSP topics for Turkey and cluster countries:
- Reporting: Follow-up regular reports sent by third party and prepare internal reports accordingly.
- Contract management
- Preparation, approval and distribution of PSP materials
- Follow-up of receipts and costs
- Organization of the meetings and preparation of meeting minutes
- Archiving
- Update Mont Blanc on a quarterly basis
- Coordinate and respond PSP related inquiries
- Provide general support and assist medical affairs team in administrative tasks mainly on the following topics:
Advisory Boards:
- Contracts
- Logistical details
- Disclosure consents
- EYS submissions
Literature requests:
- IRMS records
- Support medical colleagues on the delivery of literatures
- Monthly analysis of IRMS reports
WHO YOU ARE
- University Degree
- Strong computer skills and the ability to search internal and external databases
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully prioritize and work on multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to details
