Hermes Clinics is one of the fastest growing companies in the medical tourism field in İzmir. We help international patients to receive the best possible treatment for affordable all-inclusive packages and assist them in every phase of their journey.
Hermes Clinics is looking to expand its international team with ambitious, dedicated and solution-oriented team members in Sales Department in İzmir and İstanbul. Known as also Medical Consultant Team, this team plays a key role in persuading the international patients to have their treatments in Hermes Clinics’ medical facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact of the potential patients
- Dealing with the patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat
- Following up the leads for the given time period
- Preparing the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages
- Understanding the patients’ needs and taking necessary actions
- Turning potential patients into real ones
- Delivering an excellent customer service
- Achieving the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken)
- Any other language (especially German, Spanish, Russian, French, Arabic) is a plus
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Good communication & negotiations skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
