· Strong communication, system and result oriented.
· Compatible with teamwork.
· Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
· Advanced user of MS Office applications
· Fluent in both written and spoken English,

· Dealing directly with customer requests.
· Being responsible for production follow-up, system control and updates in line with customer demands.
· Predicting potential risks in the product before production and taking necessary actions
· To ensure that the necessary analyzes of the models received from the customer are made, and to take the necessary actions in case of deficiencies.
· To ensure that the necessary tests are carried out so that the product complies with customer standards.
· Ensuring the course of the work process from sample tracking of the product to loading and after-sales
