Qualifications
• Graduated from the Faculty of Law and been registered to bar association,
• 4 to 8 years of experience,
• Advanced level and fluency in both spoken and written English, particularly in legal English,
• Experience in commercial law and business transactions either as an in-house lawyer or through law/consultancy offices,
• Solid notion and experience in reviewing, negotiating and/or preparing various types of contracts and agreements,
• Experienced in providing legal opinions and memos,
• Solution and work oriented, planned, careful, competent in control, business follow-up, teamwork, and time management,
• A solid notion of responsibility and respect through the work, environment, and all related persons,
• Completed military service for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Corporate Counsel, who will be working under the supervision and coordination of and reporting to the Foreign Operations Legal Manager (Supervisor)
will be mainly as follows:
• Reviewing, negotiating and/or preparing agreements, contracts, protocols etc.,
• Preparation and presentation of legal and core subjects of the projects to the attention of the Supervisor,
• Representing as directed by the Supervisor in meetings,
• Following-up of litigation, execution and all other legal transactions, either carried out by the own legal department of the company or outsourced, reporting,
• Making research and providing legal opinions to the questions,
• Providing consultancy with a proactive perspective on legal compliance and management of legal risks.
