QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to recruit a “Company Lawyer” to join our legal department.
· Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law with bar admission, LL.M. degree is preferred.
- 3-4 years post-qualification experience within a multinational company and/or an international law firm.
- Solution oriented judgment skills for conflicts and debates.
- Contract drafting skills.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Turkish and English (IELTS 7- 7.5 or equivalent)
- High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills.
- Analytical mind with an ability to pro-actively resolve problems.
- Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description:
- Structuring, drafting, negotiating and executing all types of commercial contracts.
- Providing legal advice on different types of commercial, labor law issues.
- Conducting legal research.
- Following up new legislation, providing legal advice on draft laws.
- Conducting daily corporate work.
- Proactively identifying risks and finding relevant solutions
