QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in Law,
- Certified lawyer
- 1 years of experience in GDPR, Corporate Law on a corporate company level,
- Knowledge of Law of Obligations, Commercial Law and Labor Law
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach,
- Strong reporting, analysis and follow up skills,
- Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Following up company’s legal processes and reporting to the Legal Team and top management,
- Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and executing various legal documents especially contracts
- Following up and finalizing the company's daily legal issues
- Assigning and coordinating with company's external law firm and following up current and future litigation disputes with them
- Following up all legislations related to company and informing the related persons
- Conducting legal research, drafting reports and legal opinions
- Providing legal assistance on compliance issues by reporting to the top management, providing related documents to responsible departments and conducting training sessions,
- Creating special programs for compliance and GDPR, organizing, implementing and reporting the program details.
- Organizing General Assemblies and Board Meetings, drafting related documents and following registration procedures.
