QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s leading provider of products and services for people with chronic kidney failure.
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Compliance Officer to develop and maintain our Turkey Compliance function who will be reporting to Country Compliance Officer. The job role will include the following activities;
Your assignments
- Understanding of the Compliance rules and practices.
- Proactively adhering to processes, practices and documentation.
- Ensuring relevant compliance information is collated and processed within agreed deadlines.
- Uphold integrity of the compliance standards.
- Contribute to robust and effective compliance checks to uphold compliance standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
- Ensure all information is accurately recorded.
- Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant policies and processes.
- Educating employees on processes and monitoring professional standards.
- Managing the day-to-day Compliance Function and delivering training on a regular basis, and as needed.
- Ensure continuous review and update of policies, systems and controls.
Your profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Compliance roles or Law fields.
- Good understanding of the regulatory compliance and risk issues
- Skeptical mindset, not accepting an explanation on its face value. Be able to envisage and think of “out of the norm” scenarios
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and data-driven skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- An ability to find solutions to complex and hard problems and ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills — including the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
