QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For our Legal team in Istanbul (Maltepe) we are looking for Legal Counsels in
different positions.
Azerion is an IPO-listed media, entertainment and technology company that
provides gaming content and ad tech services. We are headquartered in
Amsterdam with a local presence in more than 15 European countries. The legaldepartment in Istanbul provide legal services to the whole Azerion groupcompanies.
Legal Counsel TaxIn the role of Legal Counsel Tax, you will assist the Tax lawyer with the Tax
applications, assessment and intercompany service agreements.
Legal Counsel Corporate
In the role of Legal Counsel Corporate you will be in particular responsible for the
liquidating process of various entities in different countries.
Legal Counsel Contract Management
In the role of Legal Counsel Contract Management you will be responsible for: (i)
the filing and maintaining of the contracts for the whole group, including theonboarding of different entities Azerion has acquired in the last year; (ii) the filing
and the maintaining of group‘s governance documentation (iii) the filing and
maintaining of the Group’s IP portfolio; (iv) the signing governance of the
contracts.
The requirements
- LLB degree in Law in or outside Turkey
- Relevant experience is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of English language, both in oral and written.
