JOB DESCRİPTİON
Business Partnering
- To provide business partnering support to the BU and BL teams on all legal and regulatory matters. Drafting of reinsurance, insurance and distribution agreements
- To facilitate the communication between UW and SMD (Sales, Marketing & Distribution) • To provide support on regulatory environment (in Turkey) and early warning on any emerging issues, including legal or regulatory changes
- To ensure that work is progressed in a proactive and commercial way offering solutions and alternative approaches where appropriate.
- To be the contact person for S&D contracts for legislative topics. Governance and control
- To ensure a consistent legal and regulatory governance and risk framework across BUs and BLs
- To work closely with other central functions such as internal control, compliance, finance, sales and marketing, operations teams
- To ensure appropriate escalation of issues and matters requiring approval. Contract Implementation
- To examine T&C with related departments. Legal • To coordinate external law office (being on cc on each subject) and contact person for other official regulators or legal authority except.
- To prepare legal & compliance related procedures & policies in coordinating with region & HQ legal team.
- Follow up local regulation updates. (Legal, compliance, insurance... etc.)
- To follow up the litigation and enforcement in accordance with AXA Partners policies Data Privacy
- To be assigned as DPO (GDPR) of local entity and responsible from GDPR & local authority regarding data privacy.
- To be assigned as Data Controller (local data privacy legislation (KVKK))
QULIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree
- Fluency in English
- 2-4 years’ experience in sector
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Creative, proactive, Interested in sales, business development and digital marketing strong communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills
- Result oriented,
- Customer oriented
- No obstacle for traveling
- Able to work under stress
- Decision making skills, take the initiative,
- Excellent interpersonnel and communication skills
