As a Legal Counsel in Insider day in and day out you ;
- will review all legal issues regarding customer and vendor contracts,
- will dispute resolution regarding commercial and employment disputes,
- will assist, control and coordinate the employment issues and employment contracts,
- will ensure legal compliance with the work required for the legal obligations of our companies for all regions including corporate law, tax law, IP law,
- will represent Insider in our customer or any other third party meetings,
- will proactively provide constant feedback to other teams regarding any legal concerns.
We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:
- have a Bachelor's Degree in Law,
- have 2+ years of experience in an in-house lawyer position being charge of contract law, labor law, commercial disputes, and corporate law (Understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing is preferred.),
- have an advanced level of English skills (C1+),
- have solid oral and written communication abilities,
- are critical, proactive, and have a creative approach,
- have solid organizing, follow-up, and time-management skills.
