GENEL NİTELİKLER
Garanti BBVA Technology is looking for an Infrastructure Management Engineer (IT Swat Squad Team Member) to extend its Service Control Center team. Successful recruits will benefit from the huge amount of technical experience and knowledge within the team.
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree on Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent engineering departments
- Knowledge and experience on (7/24) event management , processing first level actions , operational incident management and problem management.
- Knowledge and experience on some of the areas listed below and passion for learning others:
o Experience on middleware application server management like Jboss, Weblogic, WebSphere and IIS
o Experience on Unix and Linux based operating systems
o Experience on windows operating systems
o Familiar to cloud environments
- Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development in a self-led organization
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
Job Description:
Service Control Center following all banking services and IT system components. Team will handles all events; deep down analysis of events , finding root cause and solving the issues. Also team coordinates the communication as long as the incident continues.
