QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Representative for Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Ottomare.

Required Qualifications;

· Excellent written & verbal skills in English, and Turkish

· Minimum of 1-year experience in a Guest Relation role with five-star hotels

· Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

· Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

· Result driven, proactive and reliable

Job Definition;

· Having full knowledge of all products and being able to confidently give descriptions to guests.

· Being organized both personally and professionally.
