QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum – University Degree, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industry, economic and administrative sciences
- Min. 1 years of experience at the same position
- Active knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Flexible in travel and working hours
- Good in Communication, decision making, problem solving
- Planning and organizing ability
- Analytical ability
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and follow-up the Material requirement plan according the orders and stock.
- Monitor implementation of agreed and direct activities.
- In order to plan in updated and accurate manner, continuous cooperate with Maintenance & Engineering, Process & Quality, HSE and Purchasing departments.
- Prepare the production, KPI’s, raw material consumption reports and take care that all received data are properly placed and presented to the Production Manager.
- Regular contact with the team members, central teams and counterpartners. Implementation of the central decisions.
- Monitor and analyze all KPI’s and based on these findings, find opportunities for development.
- Performs monthly real raw material counting and presents the reports to production manager.
- Receive and register incoming materials.
- To read the related procedures such as ; Data Protection Policy, internet usage rules, e-mail rules, define and compliance of data security infractions
- To comply with the rules of policy and procedures
