Genel Nitelikler
- University degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Business Engineering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in production or in supply chain industy
- Excellent command of MS Office applications and preferably ERP Programs (preferably Netsis)
- Good interpersonal relations, planing & organizing and problem solving skills
- Result oriented, self motivating and lateral thinking
- Excellent team player
- For male candidates, military service should be completed
- Residency in Eskişehir
İŞ TANIMI
- To ensure flow of producion within the factory
- To create short and long term plans and budgets for related sections of the factory
- To enable communication between departments and suppliers and to achieve plans has been correctly actualized
- To organize material flow in daily routines to ensure best efficiency
- To maintain process in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards and other documents
- To follow-up production problems and improve production stability in cooperation with related departments.
- To analyze the production and to ensure compliance and reporting
