QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking for an 'Accountant' for our Tourism Company.
- University degree in Business Administration or Finance, Economics or a similar area
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- CPA (SMMM) certificate is a plus
- Good knowledge of English (be able to communicate with HQ Office in Romania)
- Excellent analytic skills, good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs and Excel.
- No military obligation for male candidates
- High social competence and intercultural mind set, team player
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Accountant will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, procedures and responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage all accounting operations based on Local accounting principles and Tax legislation
- Ensure an accurate, compliant and timely financial month end closing
- Preparation of monthly legal P&L and Balance Sheet
- Ensure accurate and timely tax declarations
- Perform account balance reconciliations with Customers and Suppliers on a regular basis
- Preparation of weekly AR Aging Report and following the overdue receivables.
- Manage cash flow, evaluate financing options, communication with banks and Credit Institutions
- Support internal control processes activities
