Main Duties
Manages the sales orders of the company by registering / changing / canceling where necessary
Maintains a smooth flow of information from the customer to the company and vice versa.
Monitors orders to meet the scheduled delivery dates.
Coordinates the actions of the involved departments in order to better serve customers
Informs about the company's products and proposes changes where necessary
Manages customer complaints through the company's CRM system
Organizes customer shipments by checking credit problems, making requests for shipping, containers following the necessary procedures and adhering to service policies.
Prepares invoices of orders and sends them to customers in compliance with credit control policies
Candidate Profile
Degree from Economics / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or other similar specialty
Necessary previous service in customer service and / or related to logistics
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent computer skills
Familiarity with the use of ERP systems, CRM
Organized, consistency, confidentiality
