QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEENER (Automotive)
- University degree in Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Systems at Automotive Industry
- ISO 9001-IATF 16949 Quality, ISO 14001Environmental, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety systems management and experienced in ensuring continuity
- Experienced in CP, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP automotive core tools
- Certified and knowledge of VDA, CQI9, CQI12 standards
- Experience on OEM, Customer and IATF Audit Knowledge (certified),
- Flexibility & ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and having eagerness to learn
- Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions, good follow up and result oriented, high analytical thinking, reporting and documentation skils
- Very good command of English or German both verbal and written
- No travel restrictions, Male candidates must have completed military service
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Being responsible for the implementation, development, and continuity of the Quality Assurance System in our company in accordance with the quality standards,
• Responsible for the Quality Management System (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001) process and performance monitoring, sustainability, monitoring of quality system implementation effectiveness
• Follow up and apply the changes on IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 standards, customer portals and OEM Customer-Specific Requirements
• Management of quality system documents and coordination with processes
• Perform process audits according to VDA 6.3 and system audits according to IATF 16949 according to plan, follow up the actions
• Coordination of Risk & Opportunity Management and internal quality trainings
• To organize and report management review meetings for the Quality Management System
• To monitor and report all KPIs in the system and follow up corrective actions
• Supporting the fulfillment of systemic expectations of IATF 16949 QMS, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and customer specific standards,
Beylikdüzü, Esenyurt, Avcılar, Edirnekapı, Topkapı, Şirinevler, İkitelli Arena, Atakent, Halkalı, Sefaköy, Küçükçekmece lokasyonlarından servis imkânımız bulunmaktadır.
