GENEL NİTELİKLER
Koç University Information Technology Directorate will be hiring a .Net Software Development Team Leader (REMOTE) mainly responsible for all KU IT services with the below mentioned qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience
- Advanced knowledge of web development
- Advanced knowledge of Git & GitHub
- Advanced knowledge of containerization
- Advanced knowledge of micro services architecture
- Familarity with K8s and “Born in the cloud apps” is a big plus
- Familiarity with and willingness to practice Devops culture
- Having an architectural perspective and experience
- Passion for mentoring multiple small development teams
- Having worked in an agile software development team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and estimating skills
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Owning, implementing and continuously improving the software development lifecycle process
- Develop, enhance and deploy solutions including web applications, web API’s, micro services and other components.
- Mentoring multiple small teams that develop software using .Net (Core) technologies.
- Planning the training needs of the team and following its technical development.
- Identifying team members objectives and evaluating their performance.
- To play an active role in the design of the new software architecture at Koç University and to check the compatibility of the developed components with the architecture.
- Take part in a development team which believes and implements Agile & Devops principles which is responsible for developing IT and Non-IT projects in Koç University
