Roles and Responsibilities
- Engineer will be monitoring the alerts and take required actions through SolarWinds and Ops managers
- System or non-system Drive disk space related issues
- CPU & Memory capacity issues
- Handling Server down / Not reachable issues
- Monitoring and supporting Level 1 Vmware infrastructure related issues
- Monitoring and supporting Level 1 network relate issues
- Carrying out Windows servers monthly patching
- Coordination with hardware vendors
Skills
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- 2-4 Years relevant in windows & Networks
- Clear communication in English, both verbal and written Experience in SolarWinds or ops manager is preferred
- Certified MCSE/Linux and CCNA/NP preferred
- Knowledge of Active Directory and networking components
- Should have good understanding of Windows servers Operating System
- MCSA or MCSE certified
- CCNANP certified
- Must have knowledge on monthly windows patching
