QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Divan İstanbul is looking for a Night Duty Manager.
- Fluency in English, second language would be preferable
- Monitoring Property Operations.
- Directs, monitors, and assists all overnight staff.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up
- Knowledge of computers, Opera knowledge is needed
- Good team player, working well with other departments and coworkers
- Ability to promote positive relationship with all guests
- Monitors and ensures compliance with all Guidelines to Operations.
- Ensures all employees are adhering to proper cash handling procedures and monitors overage/shortages.
- Ensures employees understand customer service expectations and parameters.
- Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Performs all duties at the Front Desk if/as necessary.
- Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.
