WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety, act as manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise, ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit, always working with passion, professionalism and accuracy respecting the standards of Front Office, the JW Marriott brand and the instructions received from the Front of House Manager

WHAT WE SEARCH IN YOU

  • Degree/high school diploma
  • Good experience in the position, experience in managing night shifts is required for this position
  • Accuracy and attention to the details
  • Excellent knowledge of English languages, other languages are a plus
  • Passion for service and customer satisfaction, initiative, proactivity this is a seasonal position for 2022 season
