Key Responsibilities

  • Apply all check-in and check-out procedures of our guests,
  • Keep the guest satisfaction in the foreground, meet their needs quickly and accurately, and make necessary guidance,
  • Show complete product knowledge; know of occupancy, rates and availability of the hotel daily,
  • Prepare necessary reports for all departments,
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per the standards and check constantly the incoming e-mails,
  • Check daily arrivals, ensure all rooms are set and required actions are taken and all related departments are informed,
  • Keep availability data for reservations up-to-date,
  • Follow up new reservations and preferences,
  • Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully,
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the management.


Required Skills

  • Two years Front Office experience in hotel operation,
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus in hospitality management or a related field,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language,
  • Excellent overall communication skills,
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office programs are mandatory,
  • Suitable for teamwork,
  • Able to work in shifts,
  • Able to multi-task.
