QUALIFICATIONS
We are currently looking for a Receptionist for a 4 star Arcadia Blue Hotel.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position in hospitality business,
· Excellent interpersonal skills,
· Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service,
· Good time management and organisational skills,
· Results focused and detail orianted mindset,
· High level of motivation and enthusiasm is required as well as capacity to learn rapidly,
· Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude,
· Fluency in English. Another languages are a plus,
· Experience with Sistem Otel is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide personalised, courteous service and information to guests
· Maximise customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel outlets and other facilities to guests.
· Maintain confidentiality with all guest information
· Assists guests from arrival to departure.
· Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out, and audit procedures, as required
· Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
· Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
