GENEL NİTELİKLER
Gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren “NISSHIN SEIFUN TURKEY MAKARNA VE GIDA SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş.” firmamızda görevlendirilmek üzere aşağıdaki niteliklere sahip “GIDA MÜHENDİSİ “aramaktayız.
GENEL NİTELİKLER:
· Üniversitelerin Gıda Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
· Tercihen gıda sektöründe en az 3 yıl deneyimli,
· Gıda güvenliği ve kalitesi doğrultusunda takibinden sorumlu olabilecek, iyi derecede Office programları kullanmasını bilen,
· Gıda Güvenliği, HACCP, GMP ve Kalite Yönetim Sistemleri (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC) konusunda bilgi sahibi,
· Gıda güvenliği denetimlerini ve raporlamasını yapabilecek tecrübeye sahip,
· Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek,
· Planlama, koordinasyon ve organizasyon becerisi yüksek, raporlama konularında tecrübeli,
· Yönetimi altındaki personeli sevk ve idare kabiliyeti olan,
· Takım çalışmasına yatkın, insan ilişkileri kuvvetli,
· Analitik düşünen, sonuç odaklı ve iş takibi konusunda dikkatli çalışan,
· Sincan/Etimesgut semtlerinde ikamet eden veya ikamet edebilecek olan,
· Bay adaylarda askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış olan
· Takım arkadaşı aranmaktadır.
GÖREV TANIMI:
· Yıllık ve aylık üretim planına bağlı olarak, üretim ve paketleme birimlerinin gerekli insan sayısına göre vardiya planlama taslakları hazırlamak, amirin onayını takiben planı uygulamak ve yönetmek.
· Her gün, üretim çalışmalarının fabrika kurallarına uygun bir şekilde uygulandığını kontrol/teyit etmek. Ürün güvenliği ve sağlığı adına gerekli bilgileri, her bir makine ve ekipmanın çalışma durumu, tesis bakım çalışmaları sonuçlarını, fabrika içerisinde devriye gezerek edinmek, amire raporlamak, gerekli müdahale ve iyileştirme çalışmalarının uygulamak.
· Üretimde bir problem meydana geldiğinde hızlı bir şekilde çözüm üretme adına gayret göstererek, gerekli müdahale ve planlama yöntemlerinde iyileştirmeler yaparak, yeniden meydana gelmesini önleyici çalışmaları sıkı bir şekilde uygulamak.
· Uygunsuz ürünlerin yönetimini kesin bir şekilde uygulayarak, hatalı sevkiyatın önüne geçmek.
· Hammadde kabulü ve işlenmesine dair her süreç ve iş, işlem esnasında kullanılan ekipmanın idaresi ve yönetimini yapmak.
· Maliyet azaltma adına, üretim durumunu gözlemlemek, verilerin analizine dayalı gerekli iyileştirici çalışmaları uygulamak.
· Aksaklıklara ve müşteri şikayetlerine yönelik kök neden araştırması yaparak düzeltici ve önleyici faaliyetlerin uygulanmasında aktif rol üstlenmek.
· Astlarının üretim ile ilgili çalışmalarını uygun bir şekilde yönetmek, gerekli destek ve yol göstermeyi gerçekleştirmek.
· Amirinin talimatlarını üretim departmanındaki çalışanlarla paylaşmak ve gereken durumlarda eğitim vermek.
· Günlük, haftalık ve aylık raporlar hazırlamak, toplantılar düzenlemek. İlerleme durumu ve gelişmeler hakkında amire sözlü/yazılı raporlama yapmak.
· Sorumlu olduğu satın alınan mal ve değerlerin teslimat süresi, malın/ürünün kendisi ve teslimat gününün kontrolü-yönetimini sağlamak.
· Sorumlu olduğu satın alınan parçaların, doğru olduğunu, mal kabulünü ve fatura yönetimini gerçekleştirmek.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Operating in the food sector, “NISSHIN SEIFUN TURKEY PASTA VE GIDA SAN. VE TİC. AS.” We are looking for a "FOOD ENGINEER" with the following qualifications to be appointed to our company.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from Food Engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the food industry,
• Being responsible for the follow-up in line with food safety and quality, knowing how to use Office programs at a good level,
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC),
• Have experience in food safety audits and reporting,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• High planning, coordination, and organizational skills, experienced in reporting,
• Having the ability to direct and manage the personnel under his management,
• Prone to teamwork, strong human relations,
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented and careful about follow-up work,
• Residing or able to reside in Sincan/Etimesgut districts,
• For male candidates, those who have completed their military service
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To prepare shift planning drafts according to the required number of people in the production and packaging units, depending on the annual and monthly production plan, to implement and manage the plan following the approval of the supervisor.
• Checking/confirming that production activities are carried out in accordance with factory rules every day. Obtaining the necessary information on product safety and health, the working status of each machine and equipment, the results of the facility maintenance work, by patrolling the factory, reporting it to the supervisor, and implementing the necessary intervention and improvement works.
• When a problem occurs in production, making efforts to produce a solution quickly, making improvements in the necessary intervention and planning methods, and strictly applying the works to prevent it from happening again.
• To prevent incorrect shipments by strictly implementing the management of nonconforming products.
• Every process and work related to raw material acceptance and processing, administration and management of the equipment used during the process.
• Observing the production status and applying the necessary remedial studies based on the analysis of the data for cost reduction.
• To take an active role in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by conducting root cause research for malfunctions and customer complaints.
• To manage the production-related works of subordinates appropriately, to provide the necessary support and guidance.
• Sharing the instructions of the supervisor with the employees in the production department and providing training when necessary.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, organizing meetings. To make verbal/written reports to the supervisor about the progress and developments.
• To ensure the control-management of the delivery time of the purchased goods and values, the goods/product itself and the delivery day for which it is responsible.
• To ensure that the purchased parts are correct, accept goods and manage invoices.
