Non-Conventional Machining Engineer İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

The Technology Programs department deals with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies and supporting the key R&D initiative. We are looking for highly qualified, talented and motivated non-conventional machining engineers to join our R&D team in Eskişehir.

Qualifications/Requirements

• B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments,
• Experience in CNC software,
• Experience in non-conventional manufacturing methods such as creep feed grinding, electrochemical machining, electro discharge machining, and laser assisted machining, chemical milling etc.
• Experience in R&D environment,
• Strong oral and written communication skills,
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills,
• Willing to search, learn and use new material technologies,
• Demonstrated analytical, experimental and problem solving skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Double Major Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering is preferred,
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering is preferred,
• Siemens CNC software knowledge is preferred,
• Non-conventional machining experience is preferred,
• Experience in use of inspection techniques such as CMM, non-contact measurement methods, surface roughness, surface profilometer etc.,
• Ability to identify and implement process control and process discipline methodology to non-conventional machining studies.

Job Description

• The primary focus will be on developing new non-conventional machining technologies for the production of aircraft engine components.
• Generating novel technical ideas and develop technical solutions to address the needs of non-conventional machining technologies.
• Working on new R&D project preparation and application.
• Interfacing with external organizations and subcontractor coordination in the projects.
