QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Novusklinik (Capa Cerrahi&Estetik) is a fast growing Dental Clinic Group founded in 2009 in Istanbul and working in Health Tourism since 2017 at Kadıkoy and Kartal offices with 12 units.
We are looking for International Patient Relations Specialist with the following qualifications to join our team.
Required Qualifications ;
• Advanced level in English or native speaker is a must,
• Preferred Experience in Health Tourism or Dental Health Care,
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpretation, English Language and Literature, Marketing, International Relations or Public Relations departments of Universities ,
• Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online is a must,
• Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment ,
• Preferred Experienced in customer relationship management
• Having the competencies to carry out marketing and sales activities for abroad.
