Responsible for sales, shipment planning, payment processes of existing Sports Channel Customer and potential New Sports Channel customers
Responsible for following up Overdue and DSO ‘KPI’s of Turkey Sports Channel
Expands relationships with existing Sports Channel Customers by continuos planned visits and customer commercial presentations
Responsible for acquisition of new Sports Channel customers for exploring AFA and Eyewear sales opportunities in Sports Channels.
Supports Centralized Channel Sales Manager for annual/periodic budget planning
Responsible for sample planning with EMEA Sports Channel team and logistic teams and organize/execute sample based showroom executions
Prepares ideal product and collection assortment for our market per each sport channel category(Accessories,Footwear, Apparel , Goggle, Helmet, Eyewear and potential new categories)
Brand Building execution lead for in store merchanding activities and continous colloboration with Marketing/TM teams to refresh Oakley brand awareness
Supports to develop and implement the local marketing plan following international guidelines and adapt the plan to the different channels-clients requirements
Monitors the main activities and establishes market analysis,
Responsible for preparing and publishing Sports Channel Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales reports
Prepares Sports Channel related sales&marketing reports (doors analysis, city analysis etc.),
Coordinates and coorporates with EMEA and META AFA&Sports Channels related teams for periodic collection launches, tailormade projects and benchmarks
Planning, reporting and executing field visits & successful visits
Planning, organizing and participating corporate and local order collecting events(Virtual or Real Meetings) with Key Account customers.
Coordinating and cooperating with Turkey Training Manager for organizing and executing periodic customer trainings in Sports Channel Categories(Accessories,Footwear, Apparel , Goggle, Helmet, Eyewear and potential new categories)

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree, Masters degree in Economy, Econometry, Statistic, Bussines Administration or Industrial Engineer,or Marketing is a plus,
At least 5 years experience in sales/business analyses & marketing in FMCG, Cosmetic industry or Textile&Retail(at least 2 years in the field)
Fluent English(Speaking/Writing/Understanding)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ( both written and spoken),
Analytical, Analytical, result oriented, has a system approach,
Proficiency in MS office applications,
Male candidates must have completed their military service.
