QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leads OFR FCL and LCL teams and responsible for export&import business.
- Provides smooth operations and enable best customer experience with:
- File Quality
- Timestamp Completeness&Timeliness
- Use Cargowise effienciently
- Minimize sick files
- NPA Calls
- Reporting Correct GP
- Being responsible for proper fıle accounting in line with defined financial processes
- Ensures accurate billing to the customers including efforts to maximize profitability
- Strives for improved cost efficiency and process improvement
- Manages EOS targets
- Arranges regular 1-1 and department meetings with team to discuss personal KPI’s and improve performance
- Manages KPI compliance & performance as per global OFR definitions
- Contributes OCC for accurate pricing
- Closely collaborates with all DGFTR units especially OCC/PCM,IWS,ISC and CDZ
- To comply with SOP’s, COP’s and sharp deadlines.
- To arrange customer visits when needed.
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 5 years on ocean freight
- Good written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
- Strong communication, coordination and organisation skills.
- Customer focused, good at team play
- Extensive knowledge of FCL operations and commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
