QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
* Responsible for the local implementation of all ocean operational excellence initiatives in line with ocean operations including digitization and optimization, Data Management, Project Management.
* Clarifies the Ocean Freight requirements determined by the manager, documents local operations and standard operating procedures.
* Provides support in the organization of training for the projects.
* Follows new processes and procedures related to digitization and optimization; Provides support to the manager responsible for project management.
* Responsible for monitoring data management.
* Follows the implementation of organizational and process changes.
*Provides the necessary operational support to fully understand the processes in the global
* Makes necessary reports to manager
* Relevant Bachelor Degree ( Preferably department of Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics )
* Proficiency in MS Office programs and good command of English
* Strong communication skills, proactive and solution oriented
* Strong analytical abilities,
* Based in İzmir
