QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications to be employed as a Rooms Division Manager (will be responsible for the Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping departments) for our five-star hotel to be opened in Istanbul Şişli.

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.

Prior experience working with Opera System.

Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.

Must be a passionate and motivated leader, with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong training and supervisory skills are essential in this role.

Good written and spoken English skills are essential.

Computer proficiency with MS Excel and Word are essential.

Applicants are required to three years’ experience in a supervisory role in Rooms Division.

Job Summary :

It ensures the execution of all operations in the Rooms Division Department (Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping). Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Monitors compliance with standards and procedures. Leads specific team while assisting with meeting or exceeding property goals.
