QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a colleague to be employed as Rooms Division Manager at Lazzoni Hotel
Responsible for the management and coordination of all Rooms area departments (including Front Office, Spa, Guest Relations, Engineering/Maintenance and Housekeeping) and managing staff.
Plans, develops, implements and evaluates the quality of property's guest rooms. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
· Graduated from universities related to tourism, speaks English very well,
· Minimum 3 years managerial similar position; prefer in a luxury hotel setting.
