A new area within Accenture Digital is Industry X, an advanced, digitally enabled, innovative, planning and investment approach for manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. Requirements:

  • · Minimum 3 years of experience as Office Assistant
  • · Bachelor’s Degree is preferable
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • · Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with strong self-motivation
  • · No military obligation for male candidates
  • · Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • · Effective problem solving and excellent communication skills
  • · Ability to deal with all levels of internal management, staff and third parties
  • · Strong multi-task and organization skills
  • · Capable of handling confidential tasks

Work Description:

Workplace Solutions in Accenture provide services to our office locations in Istanbul. This may include catering services, document services, reception services, floor support services and space utilization management. It also includes facility and building management services such as asset management, engineering, building and maintenance services, cleaning, mail delivery as well as logistics and/or storage services.

  • Greeting, receiving and guiding visitors
  • Handling telephone calls in accordance with Accenture procedures
  • Handle and register incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, faxes, parcels
  • Manage the office and kitchen arrangements; supply kitchen and office materials
  • Develop and manage contractual relationships with external service providers incl. personal shuttles, cleaning and technical services, courier, supplies etc.
  • Will perform administrative duties according to location guidelines, responsible from Workplace Health & Security
  • Will receive, review and allocate Workplace Solutions invoices for the location and/or supplier, including resolving billing issues with vendor and escalating issues as needed, and may serve as the point of contact for managing the Workplace Solutions invoices for the GU/location,
  • Will act as the point of contact for various local and Accenture global Workplace Solutions tools/databases (incl. access control, workspace reservation, environmental management, archiving)
  • Will set up, maintain and/or provide support for workspace/meeting rooms.
