Your Future:
- Defining risks and be part of team for avoiding risks at whole organization,
- Initiating and organizing safety trainings of employees,
- Co-ordinating the developments and legal regulations related to EHS, and implement them in the factory,
- Participating internal EHS audits, preparing the action plans related with the findings and carry out and follow the corrective actions,
- Ensuring the company meets, its statutory obligations in all work areas regarding to safety and welfare,
- Establishing a structured programme of documented safety inspections, audits and checks for the plant,
- Following the safety performance indicators and reporting regular on time.
Your Strength:
- University degree in Environmental Engineering,
- At least C Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labour,
- 3+ years experience in a Safety, Health & Environmental roles,
- Ability and experience to the lead the team across sites,
- Influencing skills,
- Good observation and auditing skills
- Competent on risk assessment methodologies and legal regulations,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Residing in İzmir.
