QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for an " Operations Assistant" to join our Istanbul Team.
What we expect from you:
- Follow up orders with customers, manufacturers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery,
- Recording all order and sample documentation into the ERP system and following up on regular basis,
- Following up the purchasing processes of the materials required for customer orders, communicating material orders to suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery.
- Tracking, maintaining, and reporting accurate inventory levels for fabric and materials,
- Following up Production outputs and reporting on daily/weekly basis,
Required Qualifications for this position are ;
- University degree
- Fluency in English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with merchandising in textile business and customer relations,
- Well-organized with strong daily follow up skills,
- Persistent, self disciplined, initiative taking and result oriented
- Military service must be completed. (For male candidates)
