We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to work at YASKAWA TURKEY Robotics Division which is a business unit of YASKAWA TURKEY.
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing & building additional support to the Yaskawa Internal Teams, Customers and Suppliers on all aspects in terms of communication, data entry, logistics, export documentation and supplies.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Min. 2 years of experience in related field,

· Very good knowledge in LOGO TIGER Modules.

· Fluency in both written and spoken English

· Advanced knowledge in MS Office

· Experience with tools CRM and analytics tools i.e. Salesforce.

· Preferably knowledgeable with experience in import & export processes

· Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills,

· Eager to learn, open for improvement,

· No military obligation for male candidates

· Location of Job is Tuzla AYOSB

Responsibilities:

· Reports to Operation Team Leader

· Management of customer orders (part numbers / prices / delivery dates) and entries in LOGO TIGER program.

· Releasing and supplying orders from all plants in Europe.

· Creating and follow up purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers.

· Follow up Inventory Stock (Robots and spare parts)

· Handle all Invoicing Process in coordination with Operations Team Leader

· Follow up invoices/payments (with our Finance Team)

· Manage Salesforce Entries in coordination with Sales Team.

· To co-ordinate finance department, customers and logistics team while running the export operation.
