We are looking for Incoming Operation Specialists who will deal with all operation process for our cruise incoming operations.
Requirements
• English is a must.
• Multitasking working skills.
• Being a team player.
• Preferably living on European side.
• Having previous experience with tourism operations.
• Being excellent communicator and being able to manage effective relationships with the team, customers, and all other co-workers.
• Being capable of creating and implementing new tools and projects to improve the processes for being able to provide best-in-class customer experience.
• Being data-oriented, results-focused with high integrity and dedication.
• Having customer-driven mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills
