QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Plan and follow up all planned and unplanned maintenance activities of all vehicles and on-board fixed equipment of vehicles (e.g., Passenger vehicles, van type vehicles, 1200cc motorcycles, towing vehicles, cherry picker, mobile road signage trailers s, snow removal vehicles, fire trucks)
- Plan and follow up the maintenance of various auxiliary systems such as compressors, firefighting systems, signage systems
- Ensure the availability of all vehicles and equipment at the highest levels possible, and help develop and implement various upgrade and improvement projects for more efficient and long-lasting use of these vehicles reliably
- Take part as a project engineer in new machinery and vehicle investments
- Determine the necessary priority spare parts for mobile equipment and keeping necessary stocks.
- Execute necessary purchasing processes for maintenance activities
- Carry out all necessary communication with all vehicle/equipment service providers.
- Train all users on basic maintenance and usage features of various equipment
- Learn Tunnel Operating systems (fire prevention, ventilation, lighting, CCTV/AID system, Intelligent Traffic Signs etc.) both on the control end and the field end
- Support operation management team on all operational issues
- Comply with the relevant procedures, directives, and other legal requirements of all certificated management systems.
- Comply with HSE rules and procedures, code of ethical rules and HR policies of the Company.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics engineering
- At least 5 years of work experience preferably in automotive sector (service, production)
- Experienced in general vehicle mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Experienced in design, manufacture, installation, or maintenance processes of these systems. In addition, preferably knowledgeable or willing to learnabout pumps, hydrant and fire extinguishing systems,ventilationsystems and welding
- Be able to work on technical drawing, single line diagram, operation, and maintenance manual, etc. documents required for technical learning and maintenance of the vehicle, on-board or fixed equipment specified in the job description, and at the same time have field experience other than theoretical knowledge about these vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent command of English (this position is to communicate and negotiate with foreign suppliers)
- Self-motivated to learn and develop himself/herself in growing tunnel and road operations industry
- Good MS Office programs knowledge
- Good communication and analytic and problem-solving skills
