GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications

  • University degree from Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering departments
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (valid TOEFL or IELTS test scores will be considered as a plus)
  • Having a valid network certification (CCNP, HCNP)
  • Having in depth technical knowledge and support experience of data network Technologies and protocols dynamic routing protocols (RIP, OSPF , EIGRP, ISIS , BGP), VPN technologies (L2VPN, L3VPN, GRE , IPSEC ), MPLS technologies (MPLS LDP , MPLS TE , BGP MPLS VPN , L2VPN) of vendors Cisco, Juniper, ZTE, Nokia / ALU, Huawei
  • Familiarity with other Network Services and Features such as DHCP , NAT, NTP, SNMP, AAA, PPP, PPPoE and RADIUS Protocols
  • Preferably has the Unix / Linux / Windows Server environment knowledge
  • Preferably has Python scripting experience
  • Strong communication skills both at an individual and team level
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form
  • Having a valid driving license
  • Preferably living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or Ankara
  • No restriction for both national and international occasional travel

Job Description

  • Support ticket handling within SLA requirements
  • Troubleshooting the issues reported by the customer in timely manner, and escalating to the vendor when necessary
  • Ensuring the cases are resolved completely, and in case of temporary solutions, following up the process until it resolves permanently
  • Collecting / preparing the root cause analysis report and share with the customer
  • Preparing health check analysis, highlighting the pain points and suggest remedies
  • Preparing periodic reports and coordinating the customer meetings
  • Providing on-site support when necessary
  • Providing end-to-end service support attitude including Ethernet and IP services of operators and other customer's networks
  • Scripting the manuel daily activities when possible
  • Analyzing network issues using related packet capturing and monitoring tools
  • Working closely with solution, product, planning, and sales departments as needed- University degree from Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering departments
